Kalisha Jackson

Founder & Principle Consultant

Kalisha Jackson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of EndsMeet LLC, a mission-driven company dedicated to financial wellness education and equitable access to housing. As a subject-matter expert in financial wellness, Kalisha guides individuals, organizations, and communities toward long-term stability. Her comprehensive background includes former HUD-Certified Housing Counseling, Board-Certified Credit Consulting, and specialization in Fair Housing principles.

Kalisha’s career began in loss mitigation during the 2008 foreclosure crisis, working directly with homeowners facing displacement, asset loss, and severe credit impacts. These experiences revealed the overwhelming challenges people face during major financial setbacks and highlighted how limited financial knowledge can perpetuate cycles of instability across generations.

She went on to become a HUD-certified housing counselor, developing a deep passion for helping individuals understand their money, build practical financial habits, and regain financial confidence. Her work expanded further into fair housing, where she supported policy initiatives, assisted with compliance, and helped combat housing discrimination, providing her with a nuanced understanding of the housing market and accessibility requirements.

Alongside her professional work, Kalisha has volunteered to help vulnerable individuals prepare for homeownership and develop healthier financial habits, reinforcing her commitment to practical, judgment-free financial education.

These combined experiences inspired the creation of EndsMeet LLC, a company built to deliver practical solutions, actionable education, and individualized support that empower people to build financial confidence, access safe housing, and create lasting stability.
